Well I don't think I want to drop the front any I'm 6'4" and set pretty tall in the saddle. Did you use progressive or what brand? So if I got it right if I go monotube I still need the rebuilt kit to do all the bushings too
Any body try the patriot genisis springs the price is more than the progressive springs but less than the monotube but they are a double spring set up and look pretty cool
You could do regular size progressive monotubes or drop monotubes.
Depending on your miles you might only need to do seals. I ordered the rebuild kit and only used the seals and top bushings, but my bushings looked fine I only changed then because it was already out.
I got 43000 on the clock and I hit a chuck hole last year so hard that my front fender got dented by my crash bar so hence the rebuild and I figure if I'm in there I'd just do it all with heavy duty springs
