Is there a spot where Dyno Maps are shared on this forum or anywhere else for that matter?
I'll get my bike dyno tuned eventually but until then I'm sure there are maps that could be close to where my setup is.
One of the forum members was kind enough to share his map with me as our bikes are pretty close but there are still some differences.
I'm gonna run a few autotune sessions on that map as well as the map I got from FM. I'll run the one with the best seat of the pants results until I find a good tuner in my neck of the woods. Anyone know of a good tuner in the Brentwood Ca. area (Nor Cal)?
BTW my setup is in my sig if anyone would like to share a map or try one of my maps give me a shout.
Sorry I can’t help out, but if you bought your tuner from Fuel Moto I would think they would send you a map to match your setup. Or is that what you’ve got and it’s not working for you?

Yes I have FM map... I know I can run some autotunes and send Jaime some data and have him tweak it. I was just looking for a map from something that was dyno'd with my exact setup.
I worked with Jaime on the map he sent me with the PV and it turned out pretty good. I recently swapped cams and got a new map from Jaime that I was getting ready to dial in. Before I dove into that I got in a conversation with a forum member who shared a map with me that seems a little close than the one fro FM.
I don't want to dyno until I go to a 2:1 full system so I'll keep experimenting and get as close as I can with autotune.
Go to the Dynojet website http://www.dynojet.com/powervision/ scroll to the bottom and click on contact. They have a ton of maps and they reply quickly.
Idle is jumping around while warming up on the FM map.
The other map seems a little rich especially when warming up.
Also crappy hot starts with the FM map, getting that horrible clunk. Probably upgrade to an SE compensator.
23Seven: I'd encourage you to do data logging on your PV and send the info to Jamie. I did that even after my dyno tune because there were a couple of areas that I wanted tweaked, and what I have now is perfect. He's THAT GOOD, that he can look at the data, and give you a tweaked map that'll be better than anything someone else gives you that was set up for their bike.
The thing that you have to account for is that even if you were to find someone with the exact setup that you have...if they don't live in the same exact location that you do, the needs that you'll have will be different than the needs that the guy has with the same set up as you whose map you're "borrowing", but lives at a different altitude, with different air quality, at different humidity levels, etc, etc...
All of that comes into play, and it's easily overlooked when it comes to map sharing. Use Jamie...you'll be happy that you did.

Check out the Evolution Industries solid gear to replace the comp sprocket. I went with the 30 tooth. Wow. She runs about 500 RPM higher but it doesn't lug anymore in 6th gear. I bought mine from Fuel Moto after my 107". I don't think you can beat Fuel Moto's customer service. Jamie and Bob are great guys.
23Seven: I didn't catch the fact that you were in Brentwood. When you're ready to have it dyno'ed, take it to Dyno Bob at RC Cycles in Hayward. He's renown, and in fact is maybe as good as anyone you'll find in Nor Cal to dyno tune with a Power Vision as your chosen fuel management system.
