I hadn't purchased it yet. https://www.harley-davidson.com/stor...08-76000513--1 makes no mention of the plug.

It's in the instruction sheet which lists all the parts within the kit. The Internet sites don't give that information.

I just did the hidden antenna kit from HD on my Limited after making the tour pac detachable. The kit came with a plug which I didn't need. The kit also included a slip on cover for the antenna stud on the tour pac.

Select the Guides tab & download the instructions (Item 9 in the included parts list):
