Not particularly complex.
Put the tongue in the slot in the frame up near the tank.
Push the rear forward to drop the holes in the back of the seat onto the two bolts sticking up from the rear fender.
Install the two nuts onto those bolts to hold the seat in place.

Thanks. I figured it out shortly after posting. I didn’t realize the bottom leather band folded over the holes on top. I just saw the holes in the bottom and thought maybe there was a bracket I was missing.
