Hey guys, I was wondering to see if anyone had an opinion on the Hogworkz daymaker or the AdvanBlack Daymaker. Looking to get a daymaker for my father for fathers day and can't decide on which one to get that is in my budget. Was wondering if anyone has had either of these compared to the really expensive HD one?

Check Amazon buyer / user reviews - usually honest ones come from "verified buyers".
I haven't had either of what you are asking about but have had more than a few bright lights for my Harley's, to include the HD Daymaker but that was on a Road Glide. What bike you are looking to gift them to would be helpful. Now awaiting for the proper lights to get to me from Custom Dynamics on the new bike (RGS). Had Daymaker on an older one that were awesome but like you know $$$. Had some aftermarket halo on another Road Glide that were super bright but caused static on the radio. Have Truck Lite on the Road King and well worth the money IMO. So again, what bike?

See that now. Just remember that you usually get what you pay for. TL are awesome lights for that bike. Only needing the 7" should not kill your wallet too bad. The Road King needs the aux as well to keep things correct.
