One thing that others have mentioned that I didn't in my response was to ask if the ECM was flashed to accommodate for the extra air flow; if not at least a Stage One DL is needed. Certainly the AC and pipes will affect AF and cause the extreme lean condition and extra heat
Yea I spoke to dealer on the phone about stage 1 but they want to sell me all thier stuff for the flash. So I gotta buy a screaming eagle breather and pipes and all that and the guy starts rattling of prices 449 for pipes 200 something for air cleaner then they will install the tune with labor for like 400 to 500 I said thanks but no thanks i will probably just get my own tuner . The way he made it sound was i just can't get my bike flashed without buying all thier stuff first.
Get a power vision from fuel moto. Like mentioned by others, you went from lean to very lean. Great tuner, and I read about great service from fuel moto. Lots of power vision guys on the board that can help as well, I needed advice here since I bought mine used to save money. The tuner is easy to use, once you've had practice. You can take a custom tune from fuel moto, do some basic autotune sessions and some other tweaking and have a happy engine, or step up to wideband tuning later. Or even dynotune to get all your engines potential realized. You maybe hesitant to tune with your warranty, but if you don't tune you'll likely be using your warranty if you burn up valves or something else. If it was my bike I wouldn't ride it again till it had a tuner on it, or switch back to stock parts.

Not true - that ECM has adaptive fuel that will bring it back to stock air:fuel ratios. So in older bikes without oxygen sensors, you would be correct but not this one.
Well on a lighter note I did install some new speakers in the bike 6.5 hp audio 2.3 ohms I used the factory stereo and speaker pods added some poly fill to bottom of pods and siliconed the speaker to seal the pods and I will have to say it sounds phenomenal its crystal clear and has 10x the base it did before and the base actually sounds great and deep
I totally was thinking it wasnt gonna be that much of a difference and holy smokes was I wrong. I am lucky its sounds this good and I am glad I decided to wait to vent my pods . Bike runs hot but atleast I can turn on accessory mode and listen to good music lol. 65 dollar JBL audio speakers sound wonderful
any here ever use the fuel moti mini. The only thing I am ever gonna do to my bike is air cleaner, dual x pipes and slip ons. Nothing else. I heard they work pretty good if you are just gonna do simple mods. Kinda on a tight budget. If I get the Vance and Hines fuel pack I can't get the x pipes with no cats . So I am torn fual x pipes and moto mini or just VnH fuel pack . This will surely be better for my heat issue . Btw the heat issue I found out was because i was running lean.very
