I am trying to decide on a new seat for my 2016 streetglide. I love the looks of the 2018 cvo streetglide solo seat with pillion. Over in the M8 section members are saying there is a gap between the seat nose and the dash. Some have drilled new holes in the bracket to allow the seat to slide forward to close the gap. Has anyone here encountered this issue and what have you done? I am concerned about sliding the seat forward will create a gap where the pillion meets the front seat.
Does anyone have a set of part # 10400033 that your not using. They are backordered and I need a set. I have not seen the item yet but from what it looks like it is the seat nuts for the front seat that the rear pillion slides onto.

the best thing to do is to call them and talk to reggie. he will give you discount pricing over the phone, but they do not have a website that shows any discounts. 254-743-7200
I am still all over on my seat decision. How does the Low-profile touring solo and pillion compare to the CVO seat? I know it is vinyl and not leather but it looks like the same shape. Wondering if as comfortable on a long ride. Has anyone tried both?

The CVO seat is only leather on a couple panels, the rest is vinyl.
