2016 Road King loose handle bars

I have a 2016 R/K with 20" bars that move from time to time, usually after a good bump or hole in the road.

How do I adjust and tighten them?

Information on adjustment etc should be well covered in yer factory service manual. But with that length of bars, you should consider pinning them. It's possible that you're never gonna be able to tighten them enuf to prevent movement.

On the top clamp that holds the handlebars, there's an emblem that says Harley-Davidson, or Road King, or something. It pops off. That gets you to 2 of your 4 riser bolts. They are Allen head. Crank them tight.

If the bars won't stay no matter how hard you tighten them down, try making a shim out of a beer can (aluminium) and stick it between the bar and the clamp. Works very well.
