I have a Stock 07 Road King Classic with Jones slip-on Mufflers and Vance& Hines Fuel Pack.I recently have been experiencing while riding my Rpm's will not come down or increase on its own with out touching the throttle. I can sometime shut the bike off and restart and everything is fine.
I'm baffled. Shouldi reset the ECM?

i assume your bike has throttle by wire?
Turn the RUN switch to RUN, do not touch the throttle.....
 \\;
Turn on the IGNITION SWITCH, wait for the CEL (Yellow engine light) to turn OFF....
Turn off IGN only... wait for about 5 seconds then turn on 5 seconds then off again 5 seconds and repeat this sequence 3 more times..... also once this resets make sure once your done riding that you allow the bike to idle to normal before shutting down. I always use the ignition switch to shut mine down also once i see my rpms go to normal idle... if your bike isnt TBW then this procedure wont work

Well I cleaned the IAC Module. Took my bike for a ride and everything is back to normal. I just want to thank you again for your help.
Safe Travels!
