Default Does this sound normal?

So as the title ask, does this motor sound about normal for a TC-88? S&S 510 chain cams, new tensioners, Brad Penn 20-50 semi-synthetic, 12 oz Lucas oil Stabillizer, New Screamin Eagle Lifters, new Rockout inserts. Bike runs fine, doesn't burn oil but the noise is more prounounced on the primary side.

One , Its has whine
Two, - the oil experts say never add additives.
three- is probably a chain way too tight.

Sounds a lot like mine did when a rocker bolt loosened in the head.

I have the Harley auto tensioner in the primary, so that is where the wine is coming from and im ok with that. Indecently, the bike had the same whine with the stock tensioner set to proper tension. Im more concerned about the mechanical metal on metal noise. Although this was video'd with and I-phone so sound is always different from what one hears on different devices. As for the additive, I have always used it so I don't know what its like without it. So dare I ask what "lubricating medium" I should be using? Don't want to say the "O" word you know...…to quiet it down...………. you understand?………..

I don't recommend oils, rather I recommend you search independent oil lab test,
Or,
This oil VS that oil.
Or, Best oil, etc.
In less than a 1/2 hour you will be smarter than most the population that advocates this brand or that brand.

Either my ears are not gooder enough or the computer not gooder enough to translate the music.
I hear the whine which is probably the auto tension way too tight?
I hear some valve train clatter.

I had the rockouts installed a month and a half ago and the lifters 4 weeks ago. The auto tensioner is correct as I have checked that as well. Like I said the whine has been there since when I bought it and has never gotten worse or less. Compensator is good as I had it checked. Im thinking perhaps its the 510 cams with the higher and abrupt ramps. The cam tensioners were replaced about 5 Km ago as well as the cam bearings. S&S had a complete kit so I went with them. The adjustable rods were set when the new lifters went in. I don't know if its just me, which it probably is or there is something clanging, but it is more pronounced on the primary side and lower as if in the primary. I was contemplating a new primary chain if that will help, but its not chain slap against the primary as I have a stethoscope and the sound seems to be all through. I can NOT identify it so perhaps its just a collage of sounds the motor makes. I have hearf some say some are quiet and others are not right out of the factory. This bike has 44K Km on it. About 27,000 miles for you boys in the US. Oh on a side note, I have tried R.L. 20-50, R.P. 20-50 and it sounds like a typewriter with those two so perhaps ill drop the Brad Pen and try...…….shhhhhhhhhh 'Mobile 1". Maybe. Up here in Ontario Canada and the weather has been high high 80s and mid 90s for the past couple months but its going to come down a tad now that August is around the corner. R.L. 20-60 maybe be a little too much now.

I sincerely doubt any brand of oil will fix the ghost in the machine.
