The elecrtic throttle is aimed more towards tuning,the ability for the emc to respondquicker with greater accurancy.Cleaning up the bars is just a nice feature of this.

ABS is expensive, bet its a option like on honda and bmw. Cop bikes have had it since 05.

According to the CARB site - the only models submitted that have ABS are Night Rods.
