WOW..........what a great pipe...fit and finish are outstanding (they even build the snap ring into the pipe) AND it comes with flanges already installed. I got tha standard baffle and I'm going to tell you...I LIKE IT...man,it sounds mean and really race like, like nothing else out there. I noticed an immediate change in low end power and can't wait to get it dynoed and see what I end up with.
I'm on my 9th exhaust system in 2 years, and I'll agree with you about the quality of the FatCat system. I just put in on the other night, and I was impressed with the flanges and everything as you were. I just put in the quiet baffle last night, and the sound is perfect for me. Nice bark when you want it, but pretty mellow when it needs to be.
Hey Steve how did you finnally get the baffle out, atrick or just plain ole brute force?
*(EDIT)* I just saw your other post Steve glad it wasn't that bad

WD-40 sprayed into the muffler around the baffle, then using a peice of 2x10 pine to drop the muffler on it to jar the baffle loose. It works great until the last part of the baffle got hung up and I had use some brute force to get it out. The quiet baffle slid right in, used a 2x4 to pound it in the last bit.
