Did u install a thundermax tuner?If so and you didn't include the vin # of your ride during t-max installation you will get that code.

Trickle charger or Maintainer/Battery Tender?
A true trickle charger puts out current the entire time it's plugged in and connected to a battery. It will continue to charge until it's unhooked, cooking the battery in short order.
A battery tender type charge will only charge when the battery needs it, shuts itself off, etc....

Replace the battery. I've already had to replace mine, '15 and always on a Battery Tender too. A battery can still have good voltage, but fail the load test.
