Recently rode the 530 miles to and from Daytona.
On the trip back home my boom 6.5 volume started being very low and distorted. Sounds almost like an aux jack that isn't fully connected.... This is happening across all forms of media (bluetooth, Radio, and Nav)
Before I pull the fairing and check connections I would like to get some in insight to see if anyone else has had this problem.
Bike is a 2015 FLTRXS stock boom 6.5 and speakers.
First guess would be software, but unlikely. The latest is 1.22.0.1 and although I didn't have any problems, sure was a nice upgrade. Best of luck but guess you are gonna have to get into that fairing for a look-see.

I had a similar situation with my bike all the sources sounded muddy dealer replaced the "multi fuse" i just looked for repair ticket and cant locate it but their was a fuse failing and replacing it solved the sound issue
Update,
it seems both speakers blew at the same time?
I can press them down and the sound is restored.
I'm not very savvy with audio so maybe someone can enlighten me. I'm sure they're toast, but I'd appreciate a second opinion.
