I added a piece of that convoluted tubing to guard against further damage.
Oh, and about the hammer...we use an 8lb single jack in our trade a lot...this we call the finish hammer, as it gets the job done.
I did use thunderheart web site to download the software again and it keeps asking for an authorization code. I called thundeheart letting them kmow what is going on and they won't call me back. So I'm thinking about going to Dynatech or someone different.
This is pretty old but I'm at my wits end with this TH Software. I can't get past the Authorization Code screen, it just closes out. I contacted and was told to use the code that is on the disk from the cover of the manual.
awesome right? not. incorrect code.
next communication they are telling me i have a model that is not accessible. i call BS in TH.
Now i found an Advanced Authorization codes section.
i am not happy with this access not working with zero documentation. i am sure this is going on with anybody trying to work on their bike.
