What year SGS? Pretty sure you don't need to replace the brake/clutch lines unless you want to on rushmore bikes to 14" (maybe the same with M8??). I did Yaffe 10" MBB and only ordered the Namz 8" wire extension. Make certain you only want 8" bars, I wish I would have went 12" and have even considered replacing my 10".

I have a 2014 special and didn't have to extend anything with the 8" Yaffe Bars except use profound language and want to toss them across the garage while trying to get the wires threw them ! Have fun and be patient !!
I have 10s on my limited and didnt have to extend anything. My advice....use a different bar. I bought the yaffes because they were 125$ cheaper than the f47 where i was buying and about the same if id bought vindiktas direct. I paid right at 300 for them new. F47 amd vindikta both deburr their welds on the inside when theyre done. I almost couldnt get the wires through the straight parts of the bar due to the shitty welds.
My experience with the yaffe bars was so miserable i want to take them off and replace them with something else. The big holdup is that while wiring my line came off the wires due to pulling too hard (yes i was pushing too to feed them through). I had to pull my wires back through the bars from the 90 at the bottom and i cant believe i didnt strip the wires trying to get them out. I thought for sure i was going to be replacing wire harnesses due to the gorilla weld job.
Put 10" Yaffes on my '15 SGS on my '17 SG. Didnt use any extensions for the brakes or clutch lines. Just a little rerouting. I did use the HD wire extensions on my CVO just to make the wiring easier for a simple plug in wire extensions. Otherwise gotta cut a bunch of wire ties to reroute the wires within the fairing to get them closer to the bars. But you don't need the wire extensions. Both times it took no more than 5 min to run the wires thru the bars. Not sure why many have problems. Use a heavy string to guide the wires over the bars points, while pushing the wires thru. You cant pull the wires thru, gotta push. Pull just enough on the string to guide the wires thru.
Replace the stock rubber bushings with the urethane bushings.
Gotta figure the welder had to have a good day once in awhile. Fought with mine for an hour just to get from the 1" to 1.25 " section. The wild ones i had on my roadking were a non event. I was suprised how easy they were. I spent more time wiring my bars than anything else. I bought my bars and called to ask if i could return them before the shop closed (they close at 9) and the bike was buttoned up around 2am.
I got to agree with Jshopes. My 10" yaffe's were a pain in the azz to wire. Took me close to 8 hours to get the job done, and couldn't grip anything the next day due to my hands hurting. However, I don't plan on changing mine again because I love the look of them, and F-that, I ain't going to try to unwire them. If I did decide to change them, someone would get a nice prewired used set. lol
