Pulled the AC, sprayed some IAC and MAF Sensor Cleaner into the intake and cavities. Re-charged the K&N while at it. Really hard start, I mean it was like an 8 second start and probably didn't do the starter motor any favors but once she fired up....oh boy. Like new again. Just saved 30 grand.........again!
Thanks Jamie. By the way I love this Power Vision. Bike has never run better.
Glad you got it fixed......
I hope this isn't insulting to you, but I don't know your experience level, so forgive me if you already know this...
Make sure when you re-charge a K&N filter that you don't over oil it... I've seen manny (including performance cars) over oiled K&N filters that end up fouling the MAF/MAP or any other sensor immediately downstream from the filter...

I have an 07 RK. My IAC ***** the bed this past summer. Caused me all kinds of grief sorting it out. New one finally arrived. Once it's a little warmer I will be changing it out. The cleaner thing worked for a bit on mine then it seized altogether. Unfortunately for me mine at first idled high then went to a low idle which caused me grief getting it home from the deep southern USA. Not one dealer had it in Stock. Good luck.
So I replaced the IAC. What a bears *** to get that inside screw out without removing the Induction Module. The manual made that look like a lot of (unnecessary) work. So after raising the fuel tank a little I still wasn't able to get to that screw. So made a big friggin' mess and completely removed the tank. Still couldn't get a purchase on that 20T torx socket. Next removed the engine stabilizer in hopes of getting a better angle. I did, but it still wasn't enough. Bought a set of Torx Ball "L" wrenches. Finally I was able to engage the socket but could not get it to budge. Pulled out the heat gun and finally was able to get that little bugger out. Using a cheater on the wrench and literally one Torx star point at a time. By the time I got it out my fingers felt like jelly. But anyway got it back together and finally was able to get it out of the barn this morning. The bike did idle a bit high at first then stalled before I could get out of the garage but per the paperwork that accompanied the new IAC it said a run at 40 MPH would be necessary to reset the ECM. By the time I got to the end of the street the bike was purring at 950 RPM and the ride into work was very good, but a bit chilly. Looking forward to the ride home this afternoon.
Thanks again Jamie and for the other positive comments.
