Looks like a waste of time to me. The stock lower mount is adjustable and if you feel compelled to do so, install an earlier upper mount that is also adjustable. I don't see what else this thing does.

Interesting piece. I'd have to guess that tightening that turnbuckle to jack the front of the engine one way or the other would put the rear engine mounts in a bind.
There's no rear adjustment, the back of the trans has the swingarm pivot shaft going through it and is captured between the mounts.
