I second SweetLou's recommendation for the Mustang 75464 seat. Especially for two-up riding. BadX worked up my stock seat and it's much better now for solo riding but the rear portion is just not big enough for long term comfort for a passenger. Also, I think the stiching starts to become annoying after a long trip.
man i had the stock seat on since i bought it. it was hard as hell. the last trip i took was Kentucky and i did 1700 miles in 3 days. my azz never hurt so bad. i started looking around and i even borrowed my buddies sundowner off of his road king and took it for a test ride. i really liked it. So yesterday i bought a sundowner for my street glide. now today it is rain rain and more rain. i really want to try my new seat out but not today. however, in 20 days i'll take off to make a run to California and back. I live in southwest Louisiana. I guess i'll get to try it out then.
BadX so you can take my stock azz buster and turn it into a piece of heaven?
I'm sending Allen at MCC my stockseat to let him reshape the relatively wide front section and have some memory foam put in it for 2 up riding and longer trips. I've only heard positive things about his seat work on here.
Got mine back from Allen (Mean City Cycles) and it is hugely better. I liked the look of the stock seat but wanted it to be comfortable longer than 30 seconds. Need to test it with a really long ride but the difference is obvious. A side benefit is that he can also widen the passenger portion without major surgery. Looks good to boot!
Went with the one-piece touring seat, part #75464.....like it alot.
How much does the Mustang push you forward and up Towpro? I'm getting ready to order your seat for my SG tomorrow but concerned about that issue. I'm in DFW myself (Colleyville).Sure would like to see what your bike looks and feels like with that particular Mustang seat.

The seat did sit me up & in a lil.....until I put about 100 miles in the saddle, then the seat settled in. The one I bought is the wider one, 17" I believe, but I'm 6 ft. so there's no problem there.
Also, I ordered mine from Charlie's H-D in West Va.....talk to "Jenni"....20% off & decent shipping.....just have the part # handy when you call her, if you go that way.
