I can't tell you how disappointed I was in the clutch feel on 2018 CVO Limited coming from the old bike. I just added AIM's new slave cylinder to hopefully alleviate that issue.
My AIM clutch assist came today and after a 30 minute install I can see what your talking about. It defiantly reduces the pull on the clutch lever. I have to adjust my clutch after I install my adjustable clutch lever. The lever will reduce the length of the pull... so I don't have to stretch out my hand so far. Had one on the 05 and it really helped. This just might do the trick. THANK YOU!

As far as the e-z clutch kit, I just installed one on my 2008. There was no instructions, but it came with a metal spacer and a small spacer to install at the lever. I found I couldn't use the metal spacer as it didn't leave enough treads at the cover, so I tried with just the plastic spacer at the lever. Guess what it works lol. Evidently the new bikes have a shorter tread on the cable so the metal spacer isn't required. Adjustment was easy, and now my clutch is definitely easier with the SE diaphragm. You'll also find that many sites say the part will not fit bikes newer than 2005. I don't see why not. Mine fit fine. Like I said, you just can't use the metal spacer.
