I thought about telling them to buy the parts and if it didnt work they can cover the cost but them im sure they would see it and remedy the root issue so that i still have to pay lol

Factory 08 wheels may have a spacer behind the bearing, but you don't need one in later wheels to mount on an 08. I installed the bearings in the Airstrike I put on my 08 and used only the original spacers (outside). The inner spacer I used way already in the wheel so I kept it a matched set, FWIW.

Yessir this is true. I misread the OP's issue at first and thought the wheel was shifted left and rubbing on the primary side. Had that been the case the bearing shim should've fixed that issue but again, I misread the issue.

There are definitely wheel spacers (crush tube) between bearings. Secondly on front you put abs side in first (left side or primary side) then other side is pressed into crush tube. On back rim the right side goes in first (cause thats abs side) then left side. I have seen where the pressing in isn't done in that order and brake drags . That was a back wheel but same problem. Lastly you can't (or shouldn't) reuse any bearing you take out. They are usually damaged from removal.

I only mentions the reusing of old bearing just to have exactly what was in the stick rim which fit just fine. Just for demonstration purposes i guess. I am heading over there now..update to come in a bit

Well guys for whatever odd reason the wheel still isn't on.. Bates has talked to me on the phone and texted numerous times to help me out, he's voiced every possible issues he's encountered or thought of and for some reason this conversion isn't lining up right.
The first go round the bearings were installed in thr wrong order which caused the brake side to seat OK too far. With that fixed the issue is still the same. Brakes aren't sticking or anything, the entire set up it just shifted to the brake side.. I'll attached a pic of each bearing just to show their depth. As of now all that is installed is the non abs all ***** bearings, crush tube and stock spacers. I'm thinkin about using the old abs bearing on the brake side to push it over, maybe that'll line it up, instead of throwing a washer type spacer on this side

Brake side

For as frustrating as it has been the shop is willing to refund the price of the bearings and labor time if we can't get it to work. I really like the look of the rim on the bike, at the same time I don't want to rig something up just to "make" it work. Either way I own the tire and would have to buy another tire for the stock rim. So if all else fails I'll sell the cvo rim and tire to recoup money for a new tire

That still doesn't look right at all. Since your guy is 2 for 2 on installing them wrong, maybe try taking the wheel to Harley. Have them verify you have the right spacer tube and have them install new bearings - the right way.

It sure looks like your depths are off. Here is my 08 with a 19" wheel, which was a straight swap for me.
