King, my point is, that because I don't want a flat black finish on my helmet because it shows bugs, scuffs, and use is no concern of yours. I don't have any say either way what your ride or how you take care of it, nor did I or will I comment on the the coulour of your ride, the choice of tires, the fuel you use. You have YOUR reasons for what you have, I have mine. So slamming me because its "just a helmet" is rather Noble of you to point out the error of my ways. I bow down your majesty. How foolish of me to want my stuff looking good.

Honestly......if you got that wound up because I said 'it's a helmet not a tuxedo', I'm HOPING it's because you had a bad day. The reason I replied the way I did was because you said this:
Kingface, (who really cares if a matte black helmet gets scuffed?? It's a helmet, not a tuxedo?)
I DO. I take care of what and how I ride. If you have no respect for you bike, and OR even your Helmet, Shows That's my .02 and that's all that counts with me.
So yes.....I did say it's 'just a helmet'. Apparently that rocked your world......wow. At least you recognize me as being 'noble' and 'your majesty'. That is after all why I am the King.......
Kingface, Point taken and well said. Yes it was a bad day, but I'm man enough to apologize. I read something into what you said that perhaps really wasn't there. Ride free brother.

No worries at all my friend and no need to apologize. I probably took things a step too far with my replies myself. You're a good guy and I hope all is well. Cheers!
Another vote for the Bell Piit Boss. I just bought another after 5 years and I wont have any other. The zip out ear flaps are really nice depending on the weather, it shapes itself very easily to your head and the dark pull down shield is perfect over sunglasses on really bright and sunny days. Plus, they are very reasonably priced.
