Yeah, I'm told their customer no-service is rotten. But.... They must do something right that they're still in business after how many years? This is my first one and I don't mind the firm feel but I haven't ridden long distance yet - my story may change then. So far so good, since I got this latching fiasco sorted

You're absolutely right! My problem is I most always use the mobile app for the forum and I'm pretty sure I can't do it on that. But hey, I might have a few minutes this week to get 'er done
