You might come out ahead sending your seat to mean city cycles an tell them you height weight an what you want to do an they'll reshape your seat an add better padding. A premium set of shocks might also help. I just installed air ride or I was going to put 13" shocks on my bike with 1" lowering blocks. 12" shocks get stiff FAST to avoid bottoming out. I still have the lowering blocks laying around.
If the rear shocks only sit 1" lower can you simply lower the front of the bike by sliding the forks up 1" by loosing the pinch bolts ? there doesn't seem to be any used " low " fork cartridges on e-bay at the moment.

It's not just the cartridges.... the tubes/sliders are different also I think.
BTW... the Low also has different passenger floorboards, reduced diameter grips (not bars), lower windshield, different sidestand, and has the Assist & Slip clutch from the CVO models. probably other things I've forgotten LOL.
Good luck in your journey.

I did consider having someone re do my seat, but I figured it would probably be just as expensive as a new one seeing how one of the seams in my cover is starting to rip. Any idea what it normally costs to have a seat lowerd ?

When the Low models first came out they were almost a grand more than the standard Limited, due to all of the extras. Since then most of the extras have been incorporated into the standard except the suspension and the price is the same for each.

I, on the other hand am in the process of turning my 2015 FLHTKL suspension into a FLHTK suspension. I have already swapped the 12" Premium Adjustables to
13" Air Shocks (good so far). NEXT I'm going to replace the front forks with a set for a FLHTK. Being 5'6" and a 30" inseam finds me more comfortable on a full suspension than the Low version after riding a 2019 FLHTKL. Just need to figure out passenger pegs or boards in the process.
