Checking to see if I had any codes using my powervision and saw that I had a u1301 code and it's Serial Data Open/High EFI. . Serial Data Open/High Speedometer. What could be wrong? I have searched to find out what that code is related to but can't find the info or I missed it. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Noticing popping on decel. Had to add 10% fuel and 5% spark on the decel settings in powervision to tame it down .Not sure is thats alot or how it affects power on the bike. The efi code has me thinking something is up.
Oh, yeah? Do you manually change settings often? Most of us get a tune for our setups from whoever we buy the tuner from and maybe then do an auto tune to dial it in. Personally, I'm not confident enough to jack with A/F and spark settings.
Can't tell for sure what you are riding. Serial data for the speedometer is also used to adjust radio volume for speed and for auto cancelling of the turn signals. Is the speedometer acting up at all, turn signals not cancelling as dependably as they used to? Looks like you don't have a factory radio. As suggested above, cancel the code and see if it loads again. If it does, the speed sensor may have a problem, a dirty connection or fouled with metal filings/dust generated inside the transmission. If the sensor is contaminated, we cheap guys will clean the sensor and change the transmission fluid and try again before replacing the sensor.

did you ever figure Out what the problem was? Im getting exact same code on my PV. I go to clear the code and no luck. Comes right back
