grab bar and rider backrest

Does anyone have both the rider backrest and passenger grab bar.
I just bought a grab bar and am wondering if both will fit with the OEM bolts.

The bolts come up from the underside of the rear fender. If both of these won't go on the OEM bolts, how big a job is it to replace the bolts. Must the rear tire come off?

I have an 06 Ultra and the grab bar did not come on the 06 models.

Original bolts are plenty long enough. Ihave both items you mention, and added several washers/spacers to alter position of backrest mount. No problems with stock bolts...
