Call Scott at Hillside Cycles. He can rebuild that thing from the bottom end up and make it as fast as you want. Hillside is one of the HD Forums sponsors so contact information should be easy enough to find. Just pull the motor and chunk it in a crate to NY.

Hillside rebuilt a blown EVO for me last year. If I had to do it all over again: I would do it all over again.

and im getting prices around $7500-$10,000 to rebuild it to a 103” now I can do most of the work myself with exception of the bottom end and I put a parts list together with what I would like to do and it came out to $7100 so I don’t know if I should rebuild it or just buy a s&s124” LC . If anyone can help me out please let me know thanks
I did the S&S 124 LC early last year in my 03 Fire Fighter and also chose to go with a Baker OD6 transmission. I would do it again with no hesitation, the bike was tuned with a TTS on 89 octane fuel. i opted to do that due to the fact that when you get north of Texas some times 93 octane fuel is not always available. It still made 129 hp and 139 torque. it has been thru Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas with no issues of pinging due to low octane fuel even in the summer heat. I also use the Ultra Cool fan assist oil cooler to keep the oil cool which i have had no issues with. Fuel mileage is better on the 124 than the 88 ever thought about getting, it all depends on how much you twist the throttle.

Honestly OP, if you can swing it, I'd sell yours for about the 3500-4500 that you can get and pick up a 2009 and newer bike.

Otherwise, I'd look to do he Harley Reman or S&S 111 or 124 LC. Just know that the S&S route ends up being close to 10K with TB, Tune, proper exhaust.
