Hey guys. Bought my first HD about 6 months ago. Absolutely love it so far (4500 miles).
I am less than impressed with the head light tho. I seem to out ride it, especially in turns. I have asked countless people, including a couple salesmen at multiple HD dealers and they tell me the 2019 Ultra Limited came with the Daymaker. True? I hear such great things about the Daymaker, I find it hard to believe that is what I am running here.
It def appears to be LED. Any thoughts, or recommendations?
Thanks.
Troy
It looks like a daymaker to me .. theres always better options. I ride alot at nite and my Led lights on my RGS dont cut it.. been looking into custom dynamics
Thanks for the reply. All I hear is how Daymakers are like the Sun on steriods. What a let down if so.
My HIDs on my Busa are crazy brighter than these.

the Fog lights are SO BRIGHT, that they create a "bright spot" right in front of the bike, which makes it hard to see out into the darkness.
esp when the Daymaker is so FOCUSED it only puts out light in tight areas, without much spillage.
so the trick is to rotate the outboard Fog Light upside down. so that weakens the 'bright spot' right in front of the bike, and puts the pattern of that upside down fog light, into a usable light pattern.
you can't flip the inboard light, because that blinds oncoming traffic, and you will get high-beamed a lot.
Get your dealer to flash for your spots to stay on with high beam on. This will help some. I read how rotating your spot bulbs 180° to throw more light. I tried this and it did throw more light up above the horizon and this was not for me. Adjusting the spots is what I need to do for my riding

I adjusted the aux lights so the left was slightly left of center and slightly down. Right was slightly right and aimed level. I live in the sticks and critters come out at night and I needed illumination better of the ditches. Plus the right aux light is "highly visible" to cars on right at intersections. I also had the ECU flashed to keep the aux lights on with high beams.
