Is anyone running a step up seat on their Electra glide? I'd like to see some pictures of it. If you could post pics I'd appreciate it. can't seem to find any good pictures of a step up seat on an eg....thanks.
I suspect the simplest way to achieve that will be to take a stock seat and get it built up to your own requirements. Alternatively approach one of the seat brands, to see if they will custom build one based on one of their stock models.
I had this one on my electra glide an it was comfortable for both me an my passenger. not sure if that's what you're looking for though. The HD sun downer with the low driver seat has a pretty hefty step up to the passenger area.
I'm looking for a seat with a slimmer passenger area for when I have my tour pack removed. I'll be riding mostly solo when its off and didn't want a large passenger seat.
I just got a BMC Corbin "Widowmaker" for my bike. It's the first seat I've tried on my bike that was comfortable right out of the box. Great back support with the step-up. The passenger seat is big enough to be fairly comfortable, but not so big to look like a fluffy pillow.

Yeah. I understand that. I bought and sold so many seats trying to find one that worked. I finally broke down and bought a new one. I wish I had done it in the first place.
What's the old saying, "Buy once. Cry once"
Best of luck in finding the right seat!

This is the Daddy Long Legs version, but they make a standard version as well. Different stitch patterns, too (tuck and roll, diamond, gripper)
