Default Docking hardware and sissy bar

I have a 2019 sgs. I know the docking hardware changed in 2014. I'm assuming that style will still fit my 19? And also would the older 2009-2013 sissy bar fit the same as the newer ones? Didnt know if the spacing would be different or not?

14 and up is a different system with different mounting points. An old sissy bar will not work on the new bikes.

I can confirm the mounting points for the pre-Rushmore and Rushmore docking hardware are the same. I have the Rushmore chopped TP with the detachable docking hardware on my '13 King and fits perfect. Your 09-13 sissy bar will also fit. Take a look at the H-D touring sissy bars here under Fitment and it will list 2009-2020 models.

It says the sissy bar will fit on my 19. But docking hardware changed in 14. Went from being bolted onto the outside to the slot down the center.

How the docking hardware attached to the bike changed in 2014, but the local of the sissy bar mounting points are still spaced the same at the same location after the hardware's installed. One thing I had to do on my 2015 was turn the right shock upside down before a sissy bar would fit. The narrow end of the shock needed to be at the top.

PoCoBob is correct. The Rushmore 4-point docking hardware mount differently to the bike than the pre-Rushmore, but the detachable accessories mounting points to the docking hardware are the same.
