Commander III Tires
They're so scarce I just had an order cancelled. Anyone with inside info know when they might make another run? Lots of calls yielded no results. J&P shows them in stock, so I placed an order a few minutes ago, but since they were bought out by Cycle Gear I don't have high hopes. Cycle Gear showed them in stock, but when they went to fill my order the rear was nowhere to be found. I wonder if they share the same inventory system......

I made an order from J&P a couple weeks ago for my rear tire and a C-II came up in my size 180/65 B16 so I ordered it. I didn't know that the C-III's were out as supposedly they just came out in 2020. My C-II had a DOT date code of 49/19.
Anyway, I had the tire in about 5 business days. You should receive an email confirmation from J&P pretty quick.

They did a tread design and compound change, and also have 2 versions: one for cruisers and one for touring.
