What.... your lights or fangs?? The lights were the standard front turn signals and the deflectors are what I put on to eliminate buffeting I was getting.
I had them on my 07 Ultra also. But Harley changed the design of how the passing lamps are attached and where. The old fangs can't be used because they don't fit under the lamps anymore where you need to bolt the fangs. The best bet is just to buy the JES Custom Fangs. They fit. They are not as good looking as the Harley fangs to me, but they work.
Thanks for the input..i ended up pulling out the jig saw and cutting them. It worked out pretty good..probably over the winter or something i will pull them off again and either smooth them out or put a trim peice over the cut.
As far as bending them to fit...with these I don't see that as a possibility..the back egg shape of the turn signals stick out 2 inches into the fang
Well...the dealer gave me the fang deflectors free when I bought the new sg..haha. chop em up...
At first I said..im going to take them to a professional and get them cut....then i thought..hey...im a professional....they are a little rough close up ..but....so am I
