Hi Guys believe it or not it does get bloody cold in Australia. A group of us did a 275 mile run on Saturday with the average temp around 37 degrees. I have heated hand grips -all good
Thermal underwear -all good
Thermal socks - feet freezing I have heavy boots.
I reckon you guys deal with it much more that we do
What do you guys recommend.
Cheers, Norm
I use a heated jacket liner and a pair of thin nylon type dress socks under heavier wool socks. The jacket liner keeps your core warm and pumps warm blood to your extremeties. 37 with the wind chill is a cold ride.
As suggested previously, invest in heated gear. I also have heated grips on my King, but that gets me to the upper 40*F (7*~10*C). I wear heated gloves, jacket liner and socks in temps below mid 40*F.
One weird thing about Australia is unlike anywhere else, the farther north you go, the warmer it gets. 'Fi were to move there, it would hafta be Darwin, on the northern coast; I believe the only tropical city.

That's all very well, but you'll still be upside down all the time!
