Do you print this out before filling it out? Or is it all on the computer? I want a printed version to keep in the bike, for my reference and the dealer, if necessary.
I print it out when needed but don't carry it on the bike with me. Everything is entered on the computer and if I need a copy I'll print it out and take it with me. if I need to reference it in a pinch and don't have a printout I can access it on my phone.
Write it in your Owners manual, write in in your Service Manual. Use a paint pen and write the date and mileage on your oil filter, use a oil change sticker and put it on your windshield. Just document it so you know.

I looked at the site, but no mention of cost, without signing up, I assume. Is it a one time purchase or monthly fee? Not interested in a monthly fee, fixed incomes only go so far, and we're trying to fanagle a new car for momma, since hers is a 2005 with over 250k on it.
There are many options on pricing that are mostly tailored to fleet managers that allow up to several hundred vehicles, multiple users etc..... those require monthly fees
For personal use there are basically two options and one is free.
The free version is called the BASIC it allows one user and one vehicle, you can store unlimited records and up to 100 attachments or pictures of receipts etc.... So if you are just looking for this for one bike it would basically cost you nothing
I have the next version called the PERSONAL option, it allows up to 5 vehicles and was a one time fee of $19.99. I chose that option because I have two bikes and m truck that I wanted to keep up with. I figured for $20 it was worth it, I have been well satisified definetly worth the $20 I spent
Well, if I cannot find anything I like, thats printed, I might look into it closer. I am about sick of "devices" and our dependance on them. Don't get me wrong, I like them, but if one fails I lose a lot, been there done that.

I have made spread sheets etc to try to keep track, but I like the idea of just pulling a book out of a drawer in my garage and writing the stuff down, seems like I forget to add stuff to the spread sheet because I don`t bring the laptop out to the garage.
And for the routine maintenance stuff, I really like the idea of the dry erase board.
Yea I am afraid I might forget too. Too many vehicles to keep track of in my head. I have my truck, the car, the bike, my tractor, my riding mower, 2 quads, and various other pieces of power equipment, trimmers, etc, I need to keep this place running. Too much to try and keep in my head, so I need to write it down, and I keep my home made books in the glove boxes of the cages, and want to keep this one on the bike.
