Im a new member and I thought Id give everyone a look at my project rider.
This bike is a 2007 FLHP that my father rode for a few years before he got into a terrible accident with it. After about a month in the hospital and three in physical therapy he moves around ok. The bike sat in a pile for close to five years before I got a chance to work on it.
I was amazed how cheap you can put an FLH together with eBay parts and Craigslist. As of right now the bike rides pretty good. Its got heritage bars and a standard RK seat, I find this setup much more comfortable than beach bars and the air seat. My work has a paint shop that sprayed the tins for me and I put the knuckle tank decal on it.
Shes got a lot of character and rides well but theres a lot more to be addressed before its close to done.
