Default Air shocks pressure?

I am a little confused on the way I am reading the manual on the correct air pressure to put in the rear shocks on my 2007 Ultra Classic. I am 225 and ride with my girl who is 125. Am I including "BOTH" weights togeather when I am looking up the correct pressure? Or is it ment that myself, and "with a passanger" of up to 150 pounds? Then what should the correct air pressure be?

Thanks

I'd have to look to see what the manual says but I'm sure they mean total weight. For you and your lady, I'd recommend 25-30 psi.

I run 22 lbs by myself and 32 lbs with the wife. My weight is 240. Refuse to divulge the other after reading the trunk relocating post. Trust me 32 lbs is good for 2 up. Slightly higher if fully loaded.

Mine came from dealer w/ 15lbs. I'm 210 lbs. Felt like I was riding a rigid frame. Took it down to 5 lbs and it seems to be better. Not bottoming out. Why are my shocks riding differently than others?

The owners manual has the following for my 03 RK

Solo rider up to 150 lbs> 0 psi
Solo rider 150 to 200 lbs> 0 - 10 psi
Solo rider 200 to 250 lbs> 10 - 15 psi
average rider with passenger (up to 150 lbs) 10 - 15 psi (good god,two 75lbs people????)
average rider with passanger (up to 200 lbs) 20 to 25 psi
GVWR 20 to 35 psi
DO not exceed 35 psi.

Other than this, my real question is how many 75 lb people do they test with?
I weigh 240, wife is 120 and we run 25 lbs for short normal roads.
I run30 lbs for long trips.
