Passenger PTT will work as normal. VOX for passenger may be dependent upon where the sensitivity is set?

Vahomboy,
I did not need to flash on my bike. I believe I set vox to 0 on both. If I remember, I plugged into both locations and did that.

HAMMz,
I like your idea. I will look into changing from right to left. Would be much easier having PTT on the left.

I went from a 14 limited, with the wired system worked great, to a 19 CVO with wireless system and was ready to get rid of the bike because of the wind noise. After exhausted research and talking with HD support for hours on the phone with no help, i changed wind shields, tried different mic screens and spent hours trying to adjust the VOX with very little help. Riding by myself, my headset works great. Riding with my wife as you stated wind noise is almost constant and her radio only lasts a few hours before needed recharged because of going on and off constantly which mutes the radio each time. Someone suggested to me to use PTT only which would work, but we use the CB while riding with friends and they would be hearing everything you were talking about with your passenger, which I'm sure would annoy them. It seems that if there was away to turn the sensitivity down on passenger headset that would cure the issues with wind noise and battery recharging. I've talked to some after market companies who stated they were coming out with wireless headsets that would solve the problem, but i haven't received any release dates yet. I even talked with dealers about going back to wired system and have been told by some they couldn't do that, and some that stated it would be really expensive to rewire. If anyone has a solution I'll be watching, Good luck!
