help with throttle cable install

Default help with throttle cable install
Hi Gang, 07 Ultra, with cruise control. I installed apes, got the longer throttle cable and cant' tell (and like an idiot didn't take pictures) of which cable goes where. Does the cable with the cruise control piece go in the forward hole or the rearmost hole in the switch housing? Seems it only fits in the rearmost but I've got aftermarket chrome switch housings and they're not the most reliable to judge by.

Forward hole is throttle cable back hole is for the idle or return cable (with the spring)

I believe they are different in size so only fit 1 way
