Does anybody know what this is called in the service manual? I'm specifically looking for the torque value of the 2 bolts but I can't find this part even mentioned at all.
Also, can these bolts be replaced 1 at a time without the motor moving out of place?
If that is the brace that also holds the horn, loosening or removing it /them (2) shouldn't effect the motor position.
Least on a FLH it wouldn't I think

That's the brace I am talking about. Do you know what that brace is called in the service manual? I can't find it anywhere.
Nevermind, just found it - "horn mounting bracket"
On my dyna, I bought a new mounting bracket, had it chromed and replaced the original as well as the bolts with ARP.
The torque in the dyna service manual is for the cylinder head bracket bolts
But bear in mind, if you are using ARP as per your OP picture, it is a different material spec from stock
