O reily has the ambers and clears cheap with the clips. No need to use terminals. They are 35 watt too. The originals are 30 watt wagners.
I got the motovision with the orage hue for the hear light replace when this one burns out.
After all the bike is 20 years old almost with 24k miles. I picked it up for 4500 bucks.. Had the tensioners out is about all I did to it. Changed all fluids to 20-50 supertech walmart full syn. No friction modifiers.. The guy had some goo in the trans. red sticky sheet that mad me not find neutral..
20-50 at 5 bucks a quart works great... Screw the harley crap..
Had a set of ambers just like those and wired them up through a relay so they worked for passing lights AND flashed as turn signals when asked to. Always wanted to pick up a springer and do that mod on it. I think it would bring that Ol' school vibe pretty good.
When I had my Ultra, I tried the film (I purchased the precut one to fit, but there was a small slit of uncovered all the way around that bothered me) so I ended up buying the amber bulbs. I have always liked that look.
Believe it or not I painted mine. Cant remember paint but it was a special amber paint thst allowed light through. Was a slow process but turned out perfect.
