It looks like it. Check continuity -ohms- across the switch. It should close when you step on the brake.

Ok update before hand i visually checked fuses after looking closer i noticed a bit of muck so replaced the front works perfectly now, (wish i did this right away lesion learnt there) rear im convinced is swith as have done all trouble shooting i found on you tube... Thanks for help and guidance people
