Any thoughts on blind spot mirrors ?

Yeah, don’t get mirrors with blind spots.


Actually, when my OEM mirrors, on my EG Ultra Limited, are properly adjusted, and I also do an over the should look see, I have no blind spots. Don’t depend on just your mirrors.

A mirror can never tell you yes, only no.
Don't depend on a mirror.
Don't blame a mirror for a blind spot

Default Blind spot
I have small sick on blind spot mirrors on my stock Harley mirrors. I use them to look further down the lane to see if anything is coming up.. l find they help, l don't depend on them solely, but yes they help..

The only blind spot I really have is immediately behind me. It might be nice to know when someone is approaching behind at a speed that might cause an issue...like a rear end hit. Just like my car has A forward collision warning, a rear collision warning might be worthwhile.

I put small blind spot mirrors on my SG mirrors, I found them distracting, took them off. HD sells mirrors with blind spot mirrors built in. You didn't say what bike you have. https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/e...ors/p/92190-06

I can't count the times I've avoided a certain accident by taking a quick look over my shoulder. It's pure habit with me after 50 years of riding.
