Default Floorboard relocation

Anyone have a before and after of your relocation and what you bought? Im looking to move my boards forward a couple inches and maybe out a little with a little more angle to them. Also want to extend the shifter and brake forward some and get rid of the heel shifter. Theres just so many products that do all that and was wanting some pics to see the changes

SoftBrake provides lots of options for extended brake pedals which are also built to a lower angle. I had a +1" on the last bike and now have a Kuryakyn which is just a lower angle. I found the lower angle is really all I need.

I also use Kuryakyn 1" out, 1" forward footboard relocators. I originally installed them because I found my right leg would cramp up on long trips since the air cleaner stuck out. I'm not sure if I really need them with the M8's thinner air cleaner but I think I still like the extra room out.

No before pic, but if you search here it's a fairly common topic.

Tall Boys Cycles relocation kit will move them forward 2", down 2" (2 1/2" in the heel for more angle) and their new ones move them out 1/2". Looks like you don't have lower fairings so real easy...no need to notch the lowers.

Or...do what I've done (for now) with my new bike. I used the Kuryakyn spacers that move the footboards out 1" & forward 1". I then installed the HD issue extended footboards for an extra 1" forward. So now they're out 1" & forward 2". I also swapped out the stock (uncomfortable) rear brake lever for a Softbrake +1W. It's extended 1" with a wider offset. Best part is it's 20ş lower so much more comfortable and natural feeling.

I had the Tall Boys relocation brackets on my previous 2012 UC and absolutely love them. Ordered a new set (and have them) for the 2020 RGL but just can't bring myself to cut/notch the lowers on a brand new bike...yet.

Thanks for the replies. Think ill check out the tall boys kit. Looks to be what I want to do. Then find an extended shifter and brake.

You don't have to cut the lowers on the new bikes. See Tri-J's post earlier.

Big fan here of Cyclesmiths Banana Boards. Have them on both bikes.

Thanks Hammerdown (and Tri-J )! I just saw that. So I'm guessing the 3/4" spacers are the ones that go between the frame and the TBC relocation brackets.
If so, pretty sure I have some of those in my "inventory" as well. I'll try that as I do much prefer the added 2" down (for the long legs) that the TBC brackets give me.
The way I have them now with the Kury spacers and extended footboards isn't too bad (way better than stock), but I do like the TBC relocators!
