I have an07 SG, SERT- BIG SUCKER- 2/1 THUNDER HEADER
Wife has a07 RKC, SERT- BIG SUCKER- 2/1 REINHARDT
They both sound good at idle and at cruise. Mine is definitely louder under throttle.
Everyone has a favorite and these are the only two that I can speak of from experience.
I would pick Thunder Header. Good luck. (she did get 2 more hp though...but i can fix that later)
I have drag pipes. Yes they are loud, but I am at that stage of Harley ownership. When I decide to not annoy the neighbors any longer, I will get the fat cats, with the quiet baffle. I have heard that the quiet baffle actually produces better performance numbers than the 'performance' baffle.

My $0.02 worth, I like RB Racing LSR 2-1 pipes. I just installed a set and the dyno numbers were good, Max HP 77.4, Max TQ 88.5. I find the sound pretty mild overall. They are certainly louder than my OEM with slip-ons, but not unbearably loud like short drag pipes can get. They've got a nice throaty rumble to them. But, mostly I like them because they make HP and TQ.
