Last year, my 2015 Ultra Limited suddenly started to feel "strange" on corners (just a little wobbly). My new second set of tires were only 500 miles old at the time. Rode it to my dealer and as they pulled it into the shop a large SCREW was seen in between the rear tire's tread and the tire while not visibly "flat" had very low pressure. One new rear tire later......all is perfect.
Check TIRE PRESSURE and PUNCTURES!!!
My experience with low tire pressure, at least on the front, is that it tends to drag the bars into the direction of turning. Like the bike wants to turn HARDER in the direction. If that makes any sense... But, it's always a good idea to check tire pressures!
Tire balance is absolutely the first thing to check. Well actually first closely look for tire or wheel failure or damage. BUT I have money on balance!
After quick glancing and reading the thread, i will say I agree tires, tires are a big part of the ride quality. if everything bearing wise is tight and checks good, look at tires.
Thanks for all the comments. Bike is brand new, all bearings are good. As mentioned it has TPMS and tire pressure is spot on. I already tried emptying the bags and it is still present. It has been present since I bought the bike.
I think my steps now are going to be have the front wheel balanced and make sure the rear shock is adjusted correctly.
Keep your hands on the bars. All 2 wheeled vehicles will have a resonant wobble at a certain speed and require damping or a damper to eliminate. Simple physics. Your hands act as a damper, if lightly holding it with one hand causes it to stop that is the issue. Completely normal. Go ride. Oh and keep your hands on the bars at slow speed!
Most larger bikes will have it tuned by the manufacturer to be in the 30 to 35mph range because no one takes both hands off at that speed.

What does tire pressure is spot on mean? What tire pressures are you running?

I've owned 6 motorcycles over 25 years and I've never had a low speed wobble with any of them. Never had a problem taking my hands off the bars at any speed.

It means the tire pressure is exactly set to the manufacturer's recommendation. Before my trip last weekend they were a couple psi low so I added air. It's not due to tire pressure.
