Back to square one. I have no idea what the issue is. I'll keep you all updated.
All bikes have a resonant wobble if your hands are not on the bars at a certain speed period. Any can and will find it you hunt for it. It it does not wobble with one hand holding the grip, there is NO ISSUE.

I didn't read this whole thread, but I have had this same problem 3 or 4 times over the past 20 years and every time it has been the front tire. Even though it balanced and chasing all the crazy things the dealer and everyone else says it might be, and they're right, it might be, except for the saddlebags being overloaded, that's a new prize winner.

It's always been the front tire.. Avons are known for it, American Elites do it and so don't some Metzlers. They balance fine, they look true etc.. the problem goes away up faster, but as you slow down it starts about 35. I've had it and the only thing that ever fixed it was a new front tire.

I figured out the issue. Steering neck bearing needs to be tightened. Took it to a different shop and they diagnosed it quick.
For those saying a wobble is normal, you are wrong. The bike should ride perfect when set up correctly.

For those saying bags and trunk, also incorrect. The bike should ride perfectly with max capacity in bags, trunk and rider and passenger.

If you have a wobble something is wrong.

huh, loose bearing. Go figure. I think that someone mentioned that back at the beginning 😉

glad you got it sorted out.

Yep it was mentioned. Being that the bike is brand new I figured that is something that would be unlikely. Apparantly in talking to the mechanic this is a fairly common thing for new bikes from the factory.

Thanks for the constructive comment though.

I’m sensing sarcasm there unless maybe you are referring to my earlier comment? (Post #2) In that case you’re welcome.

Here’s something to consider. Almost anything that can go wrong will in the first days/miles. It’s commonly referred to as “Infant Mortality”. A new bike is exactly when you might find loose bearings etc.

Anyway you asked for ideas (other than saddle bags) that could cause front end wobble at low speed and were given some.

I’m glad that you got the problem figured out.

I can take my hand off at any speed, and no wobble. I can steer it by moving my butt. I did have a wobble at one time, due to cupped tires.

@harley97 I've been having this same issue w/ my 2020 CVO Limited. It just started a few weeks ago. I forgot about it because the weather has been crappy. Just remembered as I was riding in this morning and took my hands off the bars to adjust my gloves at about 35-45 and the front end started shaking violently. Will be stopping at the dealer on the way home today.
