Looking for plain passenger footboard inserts

My fiance is comfortable on all my bikes except the '18 Road King, no matter what position I mount her pegs. Interesting, because she's very comfortable on the 2010 with the same seat and pegs. Other ladies have expressed how much better footboards are, and now she would like me to put some on for her.
We want smallerpassenger footboards like the classic-style, contemporary-style, or swept-wing, but don't see any PLAIN inserts available. Am I missing them somewhere? I don't like the Streamliners. The Ride Free inserts are better, but I still don't like them. Don't they make plain inserts like the stock rider footboards, but for the smaller-sized passenger boards? I like and will get chrome pans, but I don't want anything on the inserts.
Are the chrome strips on the Ride Free inserts removable?
The half-moon footboards are a perfect option if they aren't too big, but I haven't found dimensions yet.
I was looking at the mini footboards, but am worried even the large ones may be too small - not much better than the foot pegs that are on it now.
