One word...Zannoti's....plus you can look and see if they have it in stock at the time you order...doesnt mean they wont sell it before they take your order. Shipping maybe a little higher than Chicago on 1 or 2 item orders but still probably cheaper than sales tax and retail price. Guess that was more than one word.
Thanks for the replies. I think I will use someone else from now on. I don't like to wait too long for something and deffinately want customer service. Does anyone have the web address for Charlies HD?
Maybe someone needs to forward some of these threads to Chicago HD so they realize word is spreading about there lack of customer service. It might cause them to step up their game a little. I mean how many people would not have even known about their discount prices if it wasn't for this and other forums. Free advertising. But like anything else if you are happy you might tell one person. If you are dissatisfied you'll tell 10.
I've just placed my first order with Charlies last week. Their prices are the same as Chicago and shipping is actually a little less. Plus you get the stuff alot quicker. The only downside is you need to call to order. So you can't place that quick order after hours online.
