So, I traded in my '17 CVO Ultra for a '21 CVO Street Glide in Sunset Orange and Sunset Black Fade. The pictures online DO NOT do this color justice. Every picture I've seen online left me thinking this was a standard red/orange and black fade. It is not. My buddy (and salesman @ my stealership) made me go look at it as it was rolling out of the crate and I knew I had to have it. I ordered KST 12" Mayhem Baggers this weekend because I am too tall for the stock bars.
On a side note for anyone with a chopped engine guard looking for highway pegs, the Kurakyn Longhorn Offset Highway Pegs actually fit nicely and allow for a usable highway peg while cruising. I'll take some better pictures today/tomorrow.
That's my favorite color combo and the reason I almost got the CVO. I decided against it at the last minute and have since considered it again. You're right, the pictures do it no justice. Great info on the Kurakyn Longhorn Offset Highway Pegs fitting on the chopped guard. Those are what I have and I'm not planning on running lowers, so I've considered the chopped guard but that was holding me back.

I loved the color enough that I knew I would have to figure out the highway pegs situation. I kept the long angled adjustable peg mounts off the Ultra and while they technically fit, the angles were completely wrong, and resulted in the outside edge of the peg being farther forward than the inside edge, which was not comfortable at all.

So to be clear, you have the pegs where you want them now?

Yes, the Kurakyn Longhorn Offsets worked great for me. To be fair tho, I am 6' tall and with my feet sitting squarely on the floorboards it felt like I was sitting in a recliner.

Couldn't you just flip the mounting brackets? Once they reach a certain point of rotation on the engine guard, they need to be flipped in order to achieve the desired peg angle.
