I was looking to install a brighter head light on my Street Glide. I was looking at the Harley Halo light. How do they compare to the other lights on the market
I just purchased non halo led headlight.I don’t really know what the halo does other then looks and I wasn’t looking for that look. I bought the Hogworkz.
I suspect that they are just like every other HD branded light; overpriced and no better performing than other options.
I don't currently have halo lights (upgraded to Sunpie though, which i believe to be the absoilute best value in aftermarket LED lighting for our bikes), but I am considering a set w/ halos for my passing lights as they make them with amber rings which can be tied into the turn signals.
I have a halo headlight and the halo auxilary lights from Daytona Cycle Audio and i can tell you it is like riding in the daytime on my way home at midnight.
I have a CD halo headlight on my Street Glide and according to CD they are made in conjunction with JW Speaker.
Mine is plenty bright and I think it looks good
